Was planning to order a toilet from elsewhere that I had in my previous bathroom but took a risk - as we've had some rubbish ones in our time - this toilet is great. The flush is super powerful which is a must, looks good in our downstairs bathroom and we went for rimless which I'd hope means it stays cleaner and less limescale over time. I love how those loo is shaped at the back to hide all the pipe work. It looks so slick and gives my bathroom such a modern feel. The toilet seat has that soft close lid that closes on its own which is a nice feature. I also like the flushing button on top with two options which is very eco friendly and saves water. Order and delivery were smooth. Ten out of ten foe customer service. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
