Is there a gap behind toilet for flexi pipe?
Depends on the flexi-pipe and where your soil stack is, but the distance between the wall and the spigot is 153mm.

The gap behind the toilet from the wall to the soil pipe connection is 125mm +-6 for tolerance. If you are using a flexible pan connector you may be able to have it going to the side.
