The ordering process was easy and kept informed of delivery well. Finally I got the shower fitted. It was replacing a 20-year old Aqualisa inset shower that was leaking down to the kitchen; we had to turn the water supply off to the shower after use. Plumber has advised not to get inset for this reason and makes it difficult if maintenance is needed.
Very happy with the shower, good pressure and temperature control. I was a bit weary going from built in shower head to a flexible hose, but I was very impressed with the flow and selection of jet spray patterns. Only draw back is the chrome in hard water areas, but a wipe after a shower takes care of that.
Overall, very happy with the service/delivery, cost and performance of the shower. It was much cheaper than all the other sellers. I know where to get plumbing supplies from in the future.

Did a fair bit of research to find a stylish external valve having had previous problems with a leaking concealed valve. The Aqualisa Aspire Exposed had good reviews both for style and build quality. We are delighted by how it look now it is installed.The parts are heavy polished chrome and feel and look high quality.Only slight gripe are the wall holding brackets disappoiningly which appear to be made of chrome plated plastic. The minimalist design is easy to operate with one lever to adjust temperature and the other the pressure. Plumbworld had the best price I could find online .Great service and quick delivery.

Bought to replace a 24 year old Aqualisa 600 plastic mixer. The mounting holes show because this unit is smaller but it looks great when finished, The pipes are 150 apart so lined up with the previous mixer. Really pleased with the result. I cut the chrome pipe for the shower rail to size as ours was over the old unit and managed to use the same holes from the previous rail.

I bought this to replace identical aqualisa shower which was 6 years old. I bought the same shower for ease of installation and was very happy with the previous shower, nothing fancy and easy to use. Maybe a new cartridge would have sufficed but didn't want to chance it. Has 5 yr guarantee. Delivery from Plumbworld was very fast and would use again.

Selected this shower as a replacement for a much chunkier old shower.
This is much sleeker & performs well. The controls are easy to use & the temperature can be set, however, being at the front, it is too easy to knock the temperature control bar when turning on the water so only 4 stars, but overall I am happy with the product.

The unit looks stylish, though I had to (carefully) cut the riser bar with a hacksaw as it was too long for my ensuite shower. My plumber was not happy with the olives as the unit leaked, until he got replacement olives from his van. Since then it's worked well, and looks great.
