Is there a space / ledge on the sink to be able to stand a hand soap dispenser like shown in the photo.
There is only limited space on the surface (around 125mm), which is mainly taken up by the tap. I would recommend using a wall mounted soap dispenser like shown in the image.

Can the sink be installed with the tap being on the right?
Yes. The sink sits within the base unit, so you can simply rotate it 180° to position the tap on the right.
Considering the sink is included in the price of this lovely cabinet, Id certainly recommend this to anyone. The quality is high and the over all look is amazing.
