With the Milan cistern, we've done exactly that, by including a dual flush push button which is mounted to the cistern lid. This button is split into two and lets you select either a small or a large flush depending on the waste that needs to be disposed of.

Does it includes ALL parts for the toilet to instal.
It includes pretty much everything you would need to install. The only other parts you may need would be a flexible pan connect if you are connecting the waste spigot below or to the side of the toilet (product code FLEXIPANCON) and the The Cramer Haro-Secur Ceramic Sanitary Ware Installation Tape (product code 40500) which is a strong adhesive best suited to ceramic toilets and basins and is designed to strengthen and stabilise connections, connect parts together, and connect fixings to the floor.

We were very pleased with the toliet. It came well packaged and arrived on time.
Once installed, the toilet is very stylish and practical. I am glad the lid can be lifted off without first having to prise out the push buttons like other systems. It's also easy to adjust the volume of the flush which is just as well as the instructions for the inlet valve and flush were not the most intuitive.
Overall, very pleased with the purchase. Can't understand how toilets costing three times as much could be that much better.
