Side panel is good fit, bath is glossy and colour matched perfectly with basin and toilet, I would recommend this bath hence 5 stars. I did contact plumbworld customer services as the bath didn’t arrive on scheduled delivery date, they responded promptly and contacted the courier, the delay was down to courier issues which I recognise is out with plumbworlds control, hence did not penalise overall rating as product met with my expectations .

The bath was delivered a couple of days after ordering, I was kept informed of the date and day and time it was going to be delivered, the quality of the bath is excellent , the baseboard and the rest of the bath is reinforced with fibreglass making it a very strong bath, the baseboard support brackets are very strong and easy to fit with the screws provided, I have just installed it and I am very pleased with the quality of the bath and the overall experience with Plumbworld
