Ordered this with ease and it arrived as expected. Much lighter than I thought it would be. Needed a few minor alterations to fit present pipework but easily altered.

Purchased this macerator unit to replace an old unit (unsure of the make). This one is working perfectly so far. Ive had it installed a couple weeks now. Hopefully it lasts a few years. Not super noisy.

Easy to fit and works well. Small issue with leaking bung but customer service was great and replacement sent out really quickly. Its quiet and easily as good if not better than than the Saniflo it replaced for a great price. Fully recommended.

We have used this macerator for our ensuite and it works well, without too much noise. The only downside is that we had to replace it after 6 years, like for like. The new one works well and the customer service is excellent, so it works for us.

Was doubtful at first after reading the reviews I went ahead to purchase 1. Great product.

I was a bit sceptical about how the quality of this item would be given its price, but it turned out to be excellent. Our application is more as a grey- water pump than a solids macerator, but I have no doubt that it would fulfil that task just as well. If I had any criticism at all, I would say that the instruction sheet needs re-visiting by whoever wrote it. If you didn't know anything about the installation of a macerator, you might struggle a bit, but otherwise, I have only good to say about the product.

Really cheap macerator compared to some leading brands, easy to fit, works well and very quiet. So excellent in the short term, but if maintained and looked after see no reason why it shouldn’t be fine I would definitely recommend If you are doing a awkward WC or bathroom area. Delivery was pretty much next day even though it’s a pandemic would definitely use plumbworld again five stars all around.

Bought this for a new upstairs toilet. I was I bit worried about the price as it was so much less that the rest. But you have know reason to worry. It is great. Very quiet and the size is perfect some others are really big. I would buy again but looking at quality I don’t think I will for awhile. First time use plumb world and will be using a lot more.

Well - I was greatly surprised by this macerator, not only is it a very low price (nearly half price of its nearest competitor) fast delivery (next day) works well, not too noisy and very easy to fit, you also get all the parts needed to complete the installation. Was kept up to date with all progress including delivery times. Can highly recommend

We have very old building B&B so macerators are the only way we can have guest bathrooms, ordered several of these to replace the old broken ones. they do just the job at a decent price. Recently had a break down of an old one, ordered this Friday lunch time and arrived Saturday morning :) Highly recommend Plumbworld

I ordered this macerator purely on the good name of Plumbworld and I’m so pleased that I did! It is so much better than the one it replaced which was incidentally purchased from another supplier . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product not only on price and quality but the delivery was quick !

I had a saniflo that eventually died on me so needed a replacement but not as expensive. Bought this one from plumbworld for a fraction of the price and fitted within an hour. Works perfectly and, sorry to say to saniflo, is quieter and as efficient. Would recommend to anyone fitting a macerator.

Don't think there's anything on the market that can compare with this macerator for value. Very efficient, not noisy & comes with everything necessary to fit it. It happened that the one first sent had a fault but Plumbworld dealt with this situation very efficiently & quickly.

The product was quick and easy to order and was delivered in the timeframe specified. The new product was more compact than the item it replaced however this was not an issue. All the parts required to connect to existing pipework were in the box. Excellent value.

Instructions aren’t brilliant for a diy plumber but it was easy enough to install anyway. I have a washing machine, toilet and basin connected and it copes well with them. Surprisingly quiet when running in short bursts. Perfect for a downstairs wc and utility

Our previous macerator was a Saniflo supposedly the best? Well it is not, the Flo Force beats it hands down Fast effecient low noise and far superior in everyway at an extremely good price! Thank you for a brilliant economical purchase highly recommended.

I bought this to replace a more expensive competitor macerator. It pumps just as well and makes the same amount of noise. The only difference is it was slightly bigger. I wish I had chosen this one before the other one would have saved me some cash.

Brought this to replace my sani slim which lasted 14 years. This was the nearest to the dimensions as a replacement I could find and am really happy with it for the price. Easy to fit to existing pipework and so much quieter. Installed myself.

Fitted to onsuite toilet to replace sani Flo Makes me wonder why saniflo are so expensive when this does the same job and seems to be quieter to.easy swap connections almost the same .will definitely use on other jobs in the future.

Ordering process was simple and flawless. Plenty of stock in. The order arrived as expected. Updates sent to my mobile. Easy to install and has functioned flawlessly since. Couldn't have asked for a better value for money product.

No problems so far pretty quiet and find it a reasonable contender againstt more expensive saniflos, easy to fit as a plumber but if in doubt check youtube you DIYers. Time will tell for the reliability but for now its a winner
