This item does include 2 white pipes and the Y piece connector to connect to the boiling water tank along with the tap fittings to secure to the sink or worktop.

Can you just buy the spout part as when I leave this off it works fine but as soon as I put it back on it isnt flowing properly.
Unfortunately we don't sell spare parts for the InSinkErator HC1100 Boiling Water Tap, but just the complete tap. If you contact the manufacture InSinkErator they may be able to help.
My original tap gave up the ghost after 17yrs and I was delighted to find a replacement was available so that I could still enjoy Instant boiling and filtered cold water. Fast efficient order process and delivery at competitive price. I managed to remove old tap and install new one, I may add I am female and 75yrs of age so if I can do it anyone can.
