60% Lighter Than a Stone Resin Tray
Unlike stone resin shower trays, our collection of Podium low-profile rectangular shower trays are incredibly lightweight, meaning one person can easily and safely lift and install these shower trays.
Built-In Anti-Slip Technology
Tested using the UK Gold Standard, HSE approved, BS 7976:2 Pendulum Slip Test, these Podium rectangular shower trays achieve a score of 71, more than double the required standard of 35. This is down to the built-in textured surface. It's not sprayed on and won't need replacing, just cleaning, like an ordinary tray.
Cut To Fit
Podium shower trays can be easily cut to a shape, which means a Podium tray can be installed in locations that simply couldn’t be done before! Please note, while it is possible to cut an acrylic capped tray, a cut edge can potentially be exposed to water ingress.

If you’ve got a hard floor like concrete, you can still fit the shower enclosure that you want, you just need to use an easy plumb riser kit with this tray. Our easy plumb riser kits will give you a massive 95mm of additional height, giving you plenty of space to fit a high-flow waste. You’ll receive a set of legs to support the underside of your tray and side panels that hide the fixings, keeping everything neat and tidy.
Please note: an easy plumb riser kit is not included with this tray and must be purchased separately.

Can this be used with a riser kit?
It can indeed be used with a riser kit. When you add the tray to the basket the appropriate riser kit will be suggested, however, if you wanted to order this separately the product code for the riser kit is TRAYRKIT3B (Podium Easy Plumb Panel Riser Kit for Square and Rectangle Shower Trays up to 2000mm)

Light & very easy to handle by one person.
Made it very easy to keep checking levels, waste placement, & adjacent flooring. Not yet in use so can't say if the advert of a truck running over it means its going to last - but somehow I think I would have dropped & damaged a heavy one by now.
Placement of waste hole was key as a joist ran down the middle meaning needed one at the side like this, & can just get my arm underneath to hold the waste pipe below to fit together.

Ordered this shower tray with standard delivery (for free) and it still came next day, after shopping around for a while, this was the cheapest I could find that was non-slip of that size with the waste location where it was.
It is nice and light and easy to position.
Haven't yet glued it to a marine plywood base (as per the instructions) so I can't comment yet on how easy it is to install.

Ordered this one due to claims it was non slip. Non slip it CERTAINLY is. The only thing that makes it slightly slippery is my wife's conditioner (which I don't use) Normal shampoo or soap etc is not a problem at all. Liked the lighter weight of this tray as well as it made it easier to move about while installing it. Very happy with this purchase.
