In a typical domestic property there is usually just one single soil pipe which are normally situated at the back of the house to take any waste water away. If you need to, or want to, install a new toilet but don’t have the access you need to the soil pipe then fitting a Saniaccess 1 is just what you need to do.
A Saniaccess 1 macerator is a unit that connects to the back of your toilet and effectively chops up waste into slurry to allow easy pumping into your home’s sewage system. They give you the flexibility to install a WC where you might have thought that it’s either impossible or impractical.
With correct use and installation you won’t need to worry about them creating any bad smells or being difficult to clean either!
The Saniaccess 1 macerator is activated automatically by the water entering the unit. This water is then forced through the discharge pipe and then finally the non-return valves to prevent it from returning back into the unit.
