Can this board be used as a fascia board on roofing? .
These panels are designed specifically for indoor use, typically for ceilings and sometimes walls in wet areas like bathrooms and kitchens. Using them as a fascia board on roofing is not recommended because:
UV Stability: These panels are not UV-stabilised and will degrade, discolour, or become brittle when exposed to sunlight over time.
Weather Resistance: They’re not designed to withstand outdoor conditions such as rain, frost, wind, or heat.
Strength: They lack the rigidity and load-bearing capacity needed for fascia boards, which must support gutters and resist wind forces.
Fixing & Expansion: Outdoor temperature changes would cause them to expand/contract, leading to warping or detachment.
