Bought this as a replacement pump for a two-bed flat. Existing pipework didn't match so some replumbing required, which was made easier by the flexi-hoses provided.
Followed the instructions, plugged my Stuart Turner 3.0 Bar Twin Impeller Pump in, let it pressurise and everything worked first time. Basically, it's well designed piece of kit that can be installed by a DIYist.
As for function, the pressure is a bit higher than I needed (knew there was a reason for taps) but if you really want to feel the water hitting you in the shower I would thoroughly recommend this item.

Best household pump hands down by far, originally replaced a Salamander one which kept shutting off and made far too much noise. This pump is constructed of quality parts and comes highly recommended. All the plumbers I asked for a quote to fit, all were happy to go ahead and fit and had something positive to say about these pumps. Stuart Turner support are also awesome, always helpful and will go out of their way to help where other manufacturers will fob you off or do the bare minimum. Cannot recommend this range of pumps enough. Stuart Turner just needs to make boilers and taps and I would be a happy chappy. Plumbworld have been great too, ordered this pump thinking mine had packed in however Stuart Turner helped resolve the issue and I was able to return the new one without hassle.

I had a Stuart turner pump for 20 years which finally needed replacement. My plumber suggested an alternative, cheaper brand. I have had to buy two in five years and the second one has failed (bearings). I decided to go back to Stuart Turner and bought this pump. It has a five year warranty and is so much quieter than any of he previous 3 pumps I had used. So much so that we now leave it switched on all the time, rather than only switch on when showering. The universal pump has also resolved the issue we had where the flow to the ensuite shower wasn’t enough to cause the old pumps to activate. Only in for 4 days but is by far the best pump we have used and with the five year warranty, the higher cost would seem good value. Finally, great price and delivery from plumbworld

Replaced an old cheap pump which was failing to perform.
This is an impressive bit of kit.
Comes with a set of very good flex hoses and an instruction booklet that is rather hard to follow if you're not a plumber (head heights, location etc)
I opted to install in the loft space with a neutral head in what is called a sub-optimal location in the booklet. This required an extra £20 of pipe fittings to add angled adapters to the connections.
Fitting took around 30 mins.
It's a brilliant pump, Wish i'd upgraded years ago.
Fitted with the optional 'acoustic mat' (dense foam pad with a non slip side) it's virtually silent. The startup is practically instantaneous with no noticeable delay between the shower turning on and the pressure kicking in.

Went for this Stuart Turner pump as had great reviews. I am not disappointed. Our en suite shower is at the other end of the house from the hot water tank and the gravity fed system was pathetic to say the least. The pump has been positioned next to the hot water tank, as required, and the pipe work run through the loft and into the shower, approximately 35 to 40 feet in distance. As soon as you turn on the shower you get a really good flow of hot water. My wife loves it. Good, solid, reliable pump.
