The product is good but the service was even better. I will definitely use plumbworld again

This is the first electric shower I've bought so I was a little nervous, I knew the pressure sacrifice would be hard but the saving in not heating an entire tank of water for my daily shower hopefully would be worth it. I was right, there is a loss of pressure but going for the 9kw version helped and you get used to it very quickly. I love the look and the ease of control with the Aspirante, it delivers everything an electric shower twice its price does and even has a little filter you can empty that collects limescale if in hard water areas, something only the really expensive units seem to offer. I chose the white model, it looks fabulous and after a month and no cleaning as such, shows no sign of being anything but brand new. Plumbworld's website is amazing, seeing a video of each product enabled me to make a fast informed decision on what to buy and they shipped my order quickly, I did not pay extra for speedy delivery and it arrived within 48 hours. I also loved that I could use Paypal for my purchase. All in all I'm over the moon with my choice of shower and the service offered by Plumbworld.

Generally electric showers seem to have a pretty bulky and unappealing design, especially when trying to modernise a bathroom; this one however is really sleek, and looks very smart in a newly decorated room. It also comes in a decent variety of colours which, again, seems surprisingly rare. In terms of performance, so far it has been very good, with a simple to understand display that allows for differing levels of pressure and a dedicated cold water button. We didn't install it ourselves but that seemed to go without a hitch. Very pleased with the purchase.

Delivery was quick and as expected and the shower was well packaged. This shower was to replace an old 9kw one which was on its last legs due to scale and as we were having the entire cubicle and tiling replaced it seemed a good time for a new shower. It's powerful (not a power shower of course but for en electric it's very acceptable) enough considering we don't have the best water pressure, looks fantastic with a modern stylish finish and is very easy to fit and connect up. Overall very pleased.

we looked at other websites for this particular shower and come across this website, and to my surprise the shower that we wanted was far cheaper from the triton shower shop than anywhere else, we have just redone our whole bathroom and wanted a nice stylish shower to go into our new bathroom, and it fits in really nicely. shower was easy to fit and the various options of how to take in the water feed was a good bonus. shower is nice and hot as well, just how the family likes it!!

really do prefer my new triton shower compared to previous shower which we had.particularly the cooldown feature that is automatic when you switch off,no more switching to cold setting first.looks really good too,heats up instantly and gives really good flow even on the hottest of settings that you can comfortably bear to be under,not the maximum either i might add.thank you triton, thank you triton shower shop,FANTASTIC ! ! ! .

I had an old Triton Inscriptions shower that I loved. Replaced with this one and though it doesn't have the same design detail the shower is powerful and gets hot unlike my daughter's Mira Azora. Initially sent with the incorrect shower head with only three settings, Plumbworld sent out the five shower head attachment with no quibble. Very impressed. Good service. Great product. Thank you.

Ordered this because it looks a bit different than most showers and the price was really reasonable, and cheapest at Plumbworld. Replaced previous Triton shower no problem. Very easy to use. My water pressure is a bit hit and miss so I do get slight fluctuations in the heat but that is my problem. Overall I am very pleased with it, and delivery was easy as it suited me when to deliver.

We intended buying this shower as it's easily the best looking electric shower available for the money. However, our supplier couldn't get even close to the price offered by Triton Showers. Order was placed mid afternoon and arrived by 8.30 the next morning. Not fitted yet but the after sales correspondence has been exceptional. Highly recommended dealer.
