Im extremely disappointed with this purchase. I ordered the Vitusso fluted wood wall-hung double countertop vanity unit with oval basins (1200mm) through the Plumbworld partnership with B&Q, expecting the sleek, fully enclosed design shown on the website. The product images clearly show a clean, seamless underside, which was a big part of why I chose this unit.
However, what I received looks very different underneath. Instead of a neat, finished base, the underside is visibly open and unfinished, which completely changes the look and feel of the unit once installed. It does not match the advertised appearance and looks far less premium than expected.
I initially assumed there must have been a mistake and that a base panel was missing. I have made several attempts to contact customer services to clarify this, but unfortunately I have not received any response. The lack of communication has been just as frustrating as the product issue itself.
For the price paid, I expected the item to match the photos and description exactly. The exposed underside significantly detracts from the overall aesthetic, especially in a wall-hung design where the bottom is clearly visible.
Had the true design been clearly shown, I would not have purchased this unit. Very disappointing experience overall.
